The Website is the property of Recovhub.  By accessing this Website you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Do not continue to  use the Website if you do not agree and accept all of the Terms and Conditions. Recovhub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these  Terms and Conditions at any time. Recovhub does not and will not give notice of or inform you of any  changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept  and agree to the changes.

Recovhub does not grant or provide any right, license to use,  assign, reproduce, distribute, display or provide access to any portion of the Website or any intellectual  property on the Website or of Recovhub on third-party website or otherwise to use any intellectual  property rights for any material on the Website. Except as expressly stated herein and without limitation, you agree that you will not, nor will you permit  or encourage any third party to, reproduce, publicly display, or otherwise make accessible on or through  any other website, application, or service any reviews, ratings, and/or profile information about substance  abuse treatment facilities, or other industry professionals, underlying images of, or information about  substance abuse treatment facility listings, or other data and or content available through the Website. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Website or its content may be  copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or  distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or  distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Recovhub’s express prior written consent.

Your Use Of The Website

Personal Non-Exclusive Non-Transferable License

You may view and/or print pages  from https://www.recovhub.com only for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these Terms  and Conditions. You agree to use the services of Recovhub/its Website for your personal use, unless you  are a licensed substance abuse professional and or owner/operator of treatment facility acting in your  professional capacity and in that event, the commercial use of services is limited to providing information  to consumers via the services or if otherwise authorized by Recovhub and the services may be used only  for transacting on behalf of the consumer contacting the treatment facility you own and or operate.  Subject to the restrictions set forth herein, you may copy information from the services only as necessary  for your personal use to view, save, print, fax and/or e-mail such information.  

‍Submissions On The Website 
‍If you choose in your sole discretion to contact a Treatment Facility, Substance Abuse  Professional, or any other facility or third party through the Website by filling out a contact or other  request form on the Website (your “Submission”), you authorize Recovhub to provide your name and  contact information and other identifying information you provide to the applicable Treatment Facility,  Substance Abuse Professional, or any other facility or third party. You acknowledge that, by submitting  your contact request or other request form on the Website you may receive telemarketing calls from or on  behalf of that Treatment Facility, Substance Abuse Professional, or any other facility or third party. 

Recovhub does not request personal medical records or information of you however, if in your  Submission you include information in your Submission that may or does constitute protected health  information (“PHI”) for treatment, payment or healthcare operation purposes as those terms are defined  by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) including the terms  codified in sections 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164.501, you acknowledge and agree that the information  will be transmitted to Recovhub and to the third party to which you direct your Submission. Recovhub  intends to treat any PHI in compliance with HIPAA and regulations promulgated thereunder by the  Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act, Public Law 111-005 and the U.S.  Department of Health and Human Services including but not limited to 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164,  Subparts A, C and E (collectively “HIPAA Regulations”), however you acknowledge and agree that you  voluntarily provided such PHI and you waive any right to recovery or claim against Recovhub for any  disclosure that could constitute a violation of HIPAA Regulations or other applicable federal, state or  local laws, rules or regulations. Recovhub will only through your Submission disclose that information you provide related to your Submission for such purposes. You shall indemnify Recovhub for any  liability, claim, lawsuit, expense or damage including fees and costs resulting from or related to  Recovhub’s disclosure of PHI.  

For materials you post or otherwise provide to Recovhub including in your Submission, you grant  Recovhub an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free worldwide license to (a) use, copy, distribute, transmit,  publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, modify, prepare derivative works of or incorporate  into other works, and translate your Submission, in connection with the services or in any other media,  and (b) sublicense these rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Recovhub will not  pay you for your Submission or to exercise any rights related to your Submission set forth in the  preceding sentence. For each Submission, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and  represent that you have all rights necessary to grant Recovhub the rights in this paragraph, that Recovhubs  use of the Submission will not infringe any third party rights and that the Submission complies with  Section 2(a) above. You are solely responsible for all Submissions made through your user account(s) on  the Services or that you otherwise make available through the Services. You may not share your user  account(s) with others. You are responsible for all actions taken via your account. Certain Recovhub  functionalities may involve the distribution of your Submission to third party Web sites over which  Recovhub has no control. Recovhub is not responsible for and makes no warranties or representations pertaining to these third party Web sites, including but not limited to the content, availability, or  functionality of such websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your Submission complies with the  terms of use associated with any such third party website and you understand that your Submission and  your use of a third party website will be treated in accordance with that third party website's terms.

You agree not to use the Website or its  content in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions.  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity. • Automated queries (including screen and database scraping, spiders, robots, crawlers and any other  automated activity with the purpose of obtaining information from the Services) are strictly  prohibited on the Website, unless you have received express written permission from Recovhub.  As a limited exception, publicly available search engines and similar Internet navigation tools  ("Search Engines") may query the Website or its content and provide an index with links to the  Services' Web pages, only to the extent such unlicensed "fair use" is allowed by applicable  copyright law. Search Engines are not permitted to query or search information protected by a  security verification system ("captcha") which limits access to human users. 3. Windows Live  Virtual Earth. ‍1. Certain parts of this Website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions,  information, material and data ('Comments') in areas of the website. Recovhub does not screen, edit,  publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect  the views or opinions of Recovhub, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of  the person who posts such view or opinion. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Recovhub  shall not be responsible or liable for the Comments or for any loss cost, liability, damages or expenses  caused and or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments  on this website. 2. Recovhub reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which it considers  in its absolute discretion to be inappropriate, offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms and  Conditions. 3. Your Submission and/or any request for quotes or status pertaining to Insurance  Benefits “E.O.B” or Eligibility is done so with your own discretion. You understand Recovhub provides a  service using multiple third party companies and services provided are subject to that said company and  its terms and conditions. Consumers should rely on their own judgment in deciding which Treatment Facility best fits individual needs “housing, medical services, location” and financial means. Recovhub  does not guarantee any specific outcome regarding Substance Abuse Treatment; Recovhub expressly  disclaims any warrantty or promise any guarantee with any individuals personal Recovery. Recovhub  does not guarantee any Insurance Quote, Rate, and or Price set forth by “facilities” for the purpose of  your information request or your Submission or . Recovhub does not guarantee consumers looking for  Substance Abuse Treatment any “Service, Amenities, Price of Treatment” that may show or be offered  and or displayed by any said Treatment Facility. Recovhub is only providing an administrative service to  consumers looking for services set forth “Detox, Residential, PHP, IOP, Outpatient and or Sober Living”  and providing participating Treatment Facilities with said service and or services. Decisions regarding  Treatment Facilities, contacting consumers, and or consumers contacting Treatment Facility are made by  such individual and or Treatment Facility.
